The house was beautiful and pristine. We were in town for a family wedding and loved being able to walk to the venue. We also loved having the house as home base as we explored west Seattle. We spend an evening on the front lawn enjoying the sunset – it was spectacular! Would definitely stay there again and use your services again, thank you!

We had a lovely stay at this big and spacious house Westport, just several minutes walk from the beach. It was plenty spacious, open, and well equipped for our party of 10 adults and multiple children.
The view from the house, especially the master bedroom was incredible, of the ocean and waves.
And though there were a few very minor issues, the communication was always very easy and responsive, and got them taken care of quickly.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d recommend it to others looking for a relaxing time with a bigger group of people!

We always love staying at the Hi Tide on our trips to Moclips! We usually go for clamming but thought it would be nice to go in October for a peaceful getaway. It was lovely as always. You can’t beat the view, and we were fortunate to have a couple of clear nights- the stars were incredible! We look forward to coming back soon.

Positive:
The condo, overlooking the 6th hole of the Kahler Glen Golf Course, offered lovely views of morning dew and late night stars. The spacious deck was perfect. The condo itself was laid out well and had all the basics.
Negative:
Although clean, it is an older condo with obvious signs of wear. Some TLC like new carpeting, better linens, and some strategic kitchen decluttering could easily turn my review from good to great.
— Mary Alberts
The place was amazing- right in the middle of the forest, fairly close to the North Cascades national park and close to the few good food places the town has to offer. The house is very rustic and beautiful although the setup is fairly basic. The management company that runs it does warn you about it ahead of time (eg. Limited kitchen supplies etc).
I feel like the management can up its game in making the place cozier and homely for sure.
We had some issues like heat not working in one of the bedrooms, dishwasher not working and couldn’t figure out the kitchen vent. We asked for help right after checkin but only got a useful response on our last night (after two days) so it was kinda useless at that point- again a management/communication issue.
We accidentally broke their kettle and let them know – they were very polite and gracious about it (thank you!)
Loved our stay- very comfortable and spacious. But faster help with issues and more cozy vibes in the home supplies would be better

We will definitely be back. This was such a nice peaceful location, the perfect area to get away to recharge. It was fiancee first time on the cost and it made it such a great experience for him being right on the beach and being able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves on the ocean

Positive:
Man benötigt definitiv kein Auto!
Negative:
Sehr teuer, besonders die Reinigungsfee ist an der oberen Grenze. Kein Wasserdruck in der Dusche – zum Haarewaschen extrem mühsam.
— Verena Egli
The house was wonderfully located, clean, had ample parking, and was overall a wonderful stay for our group over the 3 weeks or so we were in Seattle. The hosts were communicative and there were a multitude of blankets around the house to allow us to have spots for our pets to relax.

Positive:
Very clean, comfortable beds, convenient location, elevator in building. Highly recommend. Our family of 4 stayed in the king suite. One bedroom on main floor of apt and master bedroom located upstairs.
Negative:
We had a tricky time with coordinating our security deposit with the company but they were very responsive, even during the late evening hours. Pay parking available in a lot a block away ($18/day)

We fully enjoyed our stay at this very clean and modern Ballard Airbnb. The location is excellent – super close to Sunset Hill Park, lots of coffee and breakfast spots nearby, and a very walkable, peaceful neighborhood. The King bedroom and bath are spacious and very nicely decorated. The Queen bedroom and bath are not as spacious but definitely adequate. Both rooms have excellent closet space to unpack and hang your clothes. The rain shower heads in both bathrooms are amazing with excellent water pressure. Though we didn’t do a lot of cooking, the kitchen had mostly everything we needed. The parking spot is pretty tight and takes some maneuvering but we mastered it with practice and having a travel partner be a spotter! All in all, this was a great property and stay.

Lovely house, great kitchen, great big table. Ate at one end and played games on the other. Terrific beds, linens etc. Would have loved a place to sit outside but not a bid deal.
A bit of a walk to get to the beach but very doable for us 70+ year old women.
Two of the showers need a non slip surface on them. Very slippery! The master bath shower was fantastic!
There was an overflowing garbage can when we arrived and it was a bad smell in the garage game room. We were told to place it on the curb that evening. But we were afraid the animals would rip thru the extra bags. So we put it out in the morning and the crows swooped in for a picnic. We shoo-ed them away till the g-men came. That was a bit aggravating.
All in all a lovely place and we had a very nice time. And would recommend it for a large group if there is a bit more attention paid to these details mentioned above.

Positive:
I really enjoyed my stay at Hi-Tide Resort. The location was peaceful, the room was comfortable and clean, and it was wonderful to be so close to the ocean. I especially appreciated that it was dog-friendly, so I could enjoy the trip with Cody. Communication was easy and helpful. I would happily stay here again
— Nonna Morgenroth
Perfect perfect perfect location. We were in town for a girls’ weekend/book club “meeting” (hahah) and it was perfectly located by the Festhalle where the author event was happening that we were in town for. Plus, it was SO walkable to everything cool. We were a group of 6 and there was just enough space for all of us. The pull out couch was even kind of comfortable and we couldn’t feel the springs – so that’s a win for us middle ager ladies. Hahah. Everything was super clean, fun decor and overall, very comfortable. Great hospitality too – the host was super responsive! Thank YOU!

This property could so easily be a 10. It has a beautiful oceanfront setting with a picturesque paths to the beach, gas fireplaces, balconies overlooking the ocean, well/maintained entirely must-free hot tub…However, there are flaws. First and foremost, a life safety issue: for some reason the builder/architect sunk the LR one shallow step below the entry and the kitchen and then put the same stone tile on the entire floor, a rookie mistake creating a serious trip and fall risk. They tried to mitigate with now-worn hazard tape on the edge of the step – but if carrying a box, or blinded by the sun streaming in the western sliding doors, or wearing progressive lenses, all bets are off. Two of us stumbled and my wife fell on the stone floor. Carpeting the LR both to create a contrast at the step and a softer fall is desperately needed. Renters should be aware that 1) the second upstairs bedroom has to use the bath on the first floor, and 2) there is no cellular reception at least for the Verizon network, so WiFi calling is used, and if the internet goes out (as it did briefly), there is no way to call 911 or the cable company without going to the main road.Better maintenance would help. A power wash of the decks/railings/garage is needed Cutting boards fuzzy from long use and shedding microplastics and Teflon-shedding pans need to be replaced. Porch lights are out and the landing at the foot of the outside stairs is broken.

We loved our stay in the modern craftsman! The property is so unique and well-maintained. The bathrooms/kitchen provide all of the necessities for a cozy weekend in the mountains. The furniture is minimalist, but just right. We had a couple of hiccups in our stay that were a bit frustrating. We arrived later in the evening after work and the code that was given to the front door was inaccurate so there was a lot of unnecessary communication about how to get in. We were also given the opportunity to do a late checkout for a fee and assumed the payment was taken from our CC on the account. Late on Saturday evening, when we were out of service on a hike, we got a message that checkout was at 10 AM. When we responded, we were told that we needed to fill out our CC information at a new link before that was granted…but we were in the woods and didn’t have wallets. There was way too much unnecessary back-and-forth about it. These types of things should be settled before the stay.
— Nikki West
We had one significant issue, but the rental company was able to get it taken care of for us and offered a discount. The place is just as pictured, beautiful setting, deer every morning. Two of the mattresses are firm and comfortable. One mattress is softer. Just noting for those w back issues. I asked the rental company to redo the numbers on the mailbox, as it’s very hard to see surrounded by woods, and the numbers are faded. Google and Apple Maps do not pull up the correct location. We found the mailbox our third pass-through the road.
— Laura DeVaney
Positive:
Quiet! No car noises, people noises – just peaceful sounds of the ocean and birds. Fresh air! No pungent/toxic artificial fragrances – in the bedding or in the space overall. Great view! The hi tide is furthest north on the road and the building faces north- so there was a clear view of the ocean and woodlands on the adjacent tribal lands. Comfortable! Both beds were very comfortable, black out curtains kept the space dark. Slept great the whole trip.
Negative:
Nothing it was great.
— Barbara Fisher
The location was perfect for visiting Mt Rainier and Crystal Mt. Scenery was gorgeous with the White River flowing right behind the house. We were mesmerized by the milky white color of the River and beauty of the surroundings. Extremely peaceful and restful. We saw elk in the back yard!!!!
